Capri disks with original caliper, what to mod?

When fitting capri disks, what should be modded?
I know I have to redrill the disks to fit the hub bolt pattern. What else has to be done?

No one?
I need to change my disks, calipers and pads anyway so doing a minor upgrade might be a wise thing to do.

Capri disks are too wide for the Volvo caliper.
