Hi there,
I'm so close to finishing this project however I've discovered the ecu has water damage. I can't seem to find any anywhere! Is there anyone who has one "laying about" for sale or know of anyone who might be able to help me further. Thank you, adam

Which type of ECU are you looking for? Specifically a Williams?

I have a load of 101's and 103's which are of no use to me.

Thank you but I think it's the Williams ecu I need, the 107. Do other ecu's work on the f7r? I'm not sure if an 1800 16v chipped ecu will work, I heard a rumour. Thanks

A chipped 105 will work, a 103 or a 101 won't.

Don't ask how I got the stack of 103's and 101's.

EDIT:Having said that there is a car on here (F7P though from memory) with a 101 in it, but I have no idea why or how. In theory a 103 with a "de immobilised" chip will run, but I don't know the memory locations for that ecu. The 105 is hardware identical to the 107, so a Williams map works in it (I have done so), unlike the 101 and 103.

Ok kool, that's good to know at least it widens my search a little. Is that (105) ecu for the 1.8? Thanks, adam

Yup, it's a 1.8 valver, I don't know if it's an early or late one though I'm afraid bud.
