i have a volvo 360GL with 230.000 km. and i want change oil.... but i don't know what oil use ... 10w40, 20w50, mineral, semi-syntetic or 100% syntetic. some mark for oil?.

I would use 10w40 semi synth, its usually the cheapest.

Its pretty tolerant of most types of oil, but I find the thinner temperature stable (lower figure before the slash) and semi-synth/fully synth turn over better when cold.

The Haynes manual reccomends : Multigrade oil, viscosity 10w/30
or 15w/40

So if you can't get either of those you really can't be far wrong
