Wandering if anyone has any toy versions of a 300?

Nice, they are quality :D .

I'm a bit of a model collector myself, however i've searched high and low and it would seem there is only one 300 model available at the moment. If my memory serves me right it was upwards of £40 aswell which is the only reason i've not got one yet. These are the only ones i can find on The Bay:

I've got a few of the Stahlberg (I think) dealer models, a gold GLT (like yours), a red GLT and a white GLEi saloon. Also have a couple of Corgi 343's and a cast resin and white metal kit (of which another came up on ebay recently but I didn't have the spare pennies to get).

Will try and grab some piccies tomorrow.
