Hi Everyone.
I was just wondering what the cambelt change intervals were for the B200E? My 360 had its cambelt changed nearly three and a half years ago but it has only done around 4000 miles in that time.
I was thinking of changing it/getting it changed just to make sure.
Cambelt kit on eBay for the B200E seems to be around the £50 mark - is that the going price?
Thanks again.

48,000 miles or 4 years whichever comes first according to Haynes

I'd buy this since the rest of your kit is low mileage. there's 70k+ left in your idler and tensioner.

I don't think so? AFAIK the B200E definitely is - not sure about the B200K though

Nope, Nick C will attest the K is most definitely a "things bend when the cam belt snaps" engine
Evo, your's will be an E, we didn't get F's

No reason why it wouldnt be when the K is in my mind, for £20 for a belt just do it.

No B200E deffinatley has a cambelt, the isnide of my engine bay is decorated with stickers from the times it has been changed in years gone by.
I assume your GLT will have the B200E like mine.
