2.3turbo conversion problem

hi i want to put the 2.3t engine in to my volvo 360glt, but was wondering what i need to do the conversion and how hard it will be? want to use the car for drifting so need good power.

I appreciate your difficulties. Guys you need to try the search first. 'Turbo' doesn't work ...'too many results' error, must be more than 64 billion or something..softies..WHY?

B230FT works better.
