Anyone any good with Photoshop?

I've aqcuired some bright orange paint from work and seen as my wheels are in need of a re-furb I was gonna go a bit mental, only the bits that are black.....NOT the whole rim

If someone could colour the black bits bright orange that'd be great.

Not the best pics but you can see the bits I mean...the centre and the outer holes.
