Cheers Duvel

Post by Chris_C »

Since I've been on here, I've learned a heck of a lot about all things car like, and made some really good mates (one of whom I'm currently talking to about current world affairs and other interesting topics, but you all know who you are ;)). AND, I've found a load of parts that I'd been looking for too.

Just wanted to say when you actually do get over here for a meeting, or I come over there, I'm gonna be the first to get you a pint ;)

Cheers mate, let the atmosphere of this place continue 340pw

I concur. My knowledge of cars (particularly the 340 obviously) has rocketed since I joined here and it's been really useful for stuff like minor repairs. I can't quite do a whole service yet but I'm slowly but surely getting there!

Not to mention being a fantastic resource for information about the 300 series...When I first learned that I was going to acquire the 340, I set about looking for some websites for it..didn't know I would find something like this!

Oh, and some great people about too. :)

Cheers mate!!

God his head is gonna get so big , we all have a lot to thank this guy for and if he ever makes it over here (especially with a dozen or so snowcaps under his arm LOL ) I'm sure he could tour the uk without having to pay for bed and breakfast or a drink for the duration of his stay . I also consider Aymat to be a good friend as well as administrator , just a shame hes not about as often as he used to be

Well not alot to say really... other than I echo everyone elses comments, and to thank Aymat, even though he is severely taking the p*ss out of me for driving something french.. but that could be considered fair by most of you :P

There aren't that many car owners clubs that are so enthusiastic and friendly as people are here.

Agree with everything said so far. I would never have imagined so many people appreciate the 300's as much as I do, I thought I was mad at my age liking Volvo 300's! Aymat, fantastic job! Keep up the good work, like the new homepage ideas. Good luck with the exams

The atmosphere here is just great, so many helpful, friendly people, many of whom I consider good friends now. Well done Chris for reminding us who started this excellent resource! Long may it continue and thrive.
