Volvo 360 exhaust front downpipe to go with PAS

Hello does anyone know a supplier or the Volvo part number of the above. Must be for a PAS (power-steering) car. I have just fitted a new front downpipe which had the part numner VO108 and it jams against the steering column so it must be one for a non-PAS car. Help needed, much. Thanks, bogbasic.

The part number VO108W is a Klarius (used to Timax/Arvin Meritor) which is for NON PAS (Volvo 3342007).

The Volvo part number (according to VIDA) for the PAS downpipe is 3343396.

Bosal list this as 781-933, although "Bosal Number does not exist or is not in active catalogue range." (probably discontinued).

Cheers mate, you're my hero. I will look at some of those links asap. I think I can probably find someone to hammer the one I have into shape. I think it just needs denting in on the inside of the turned section. Maybe a blow-lamp or gas welder to soften the metal will help. Just called Volvo and it seems to be possible to get one from them still, so fingers crossed.

I wouldn't bother , there nothing on the catalogues any more, the only clue was cross-referencing the Volvo original to a Bosal number that might be useful if any exhaust shop had one tucked down the back of the sofa.

Having said that, if you do manage to find one (or someone has one stashed) please do photo it from all angles and perhaps we can make a collective not of the different routing round the rack.

The numbers are also worth pasting into Google. Who knows, there might be some old Ebay ad around with 0 bids, or at least you know with what keywords to set your Ebay search.

I might have a genuine Volvo one lying around, but N.Ireland so postage might be a bit. Its used but should be in good nick from memory.
