i recently removed my 340's headlight lenses to give them a good clean-out,, about a week later i noticed that one of them is now full of condensation with a small puddle of water inside the unit,,,

anyone had this happen before or have any thoughts on what could be causung it and what to do about it??

I would expect you have not seated the seal properly or there is a big hole in it or the plastic housing.
