Hi, Im new to 340s. Im looking for reliable, economical, easy to fix practical car. Is a 340 for me? Just wanted more info on guide prices etc. What to look for when buying. Any usual problems? Ive seen a 1991 1.4 32,000 White on ebay. Looks in good condition £700. Any comments?

Hi mate and welcome.
A 300 is just like any other old car, the more you pay, the less you have to do to get it
road worthy. Paying less and you have more fun working on it to get it just right.
Cheers Mark.

If that's the car I'm thinking of it looked good for the price. I'd personally rather spend more money on one without rust - they are out there still

I wouldn't say mine is very economical... compared to some others. I have to pay like $50 bucks a week for petrol, but thats our high fuel prices in Australia... but I don't drive ALL that much so yea. But apart from that it is an awesome little machine :)
