So, Picked up a GLT  Can someone point me to a good tuning thread(lo-cost/easy to find parts)??

PS
What sort of insurance quote am I looking at when I've tuned it: brake job of some type(prob just vented discs, mintex pads) + engine 130bhp-150MAX (cam, fuel, exhaust, intake, open to suggestions)

or rather, whats the going rate for a "lightly" tuned GLT?(1989), with nothing silly done to it.

PPS
oh yeah. THE B PILLAR GOT RIPPED OFF......

Driving along at 25mph.. in a £175 reno5.. taxi emerges from the left.. towing eye bolted into its nose.. dug into drivers door.. caught B-pillar..

My car spun 180o, the b pillar was detatched (ripped sm43 off) the rear door going with it and caving the roof in (MY HOW I LAUGHED), the intruding towing eye snapped the passenger seatbelt too (unoccupied sm11 )

His car- Sporting crumpled door/bpillar upon its bonnet.

So.. VOLVO FOR LIFE. FOR LIFE.

You can't put enough power in to accelerate under those self destructing drivers, what you need is titanium plate armour
