For sale is my 5 link kit from my volvo 340!!

The kit was fitted to the car in march so it is literally 4 months old!!

The kit has seen about 2000 miles of use, twice on lydden hill race circuit and has also been around arena essex...

The kit is literally brand new...still looks new!!

The reason for sale is to put money towards a new style link kit which will be better for me in competition...i paid 1500 for this actual kit 4 months ago!!!

Please no timewasters or dreamers!

I honestly couldnt tell you how better the car feels and how low you could go with this kit !

The kit will be kept on the car until i have a non refundable deposit of 150 for the kit...

Does it come with or without the coilies? does it come with the machined spacers on the lower links? Is it a complete axle with the links, just no wheels, brakes, hubs etc..? You need to do a list of everything thats included If it was the same set-up as jons, it looks like this

Basically the kit will be a bolt on kit, you will have evrything off mine to bolt onto yours, including a 360 axel (bigger brakes)

So all 4 link bars including all spacers, polybushes and rose joints

Panhard rod with all fittings ready to be welded onto your car (ill supply measurements)

Shocks are similar to the ones shown just made by gaz

Bearing in mind the shocks alone are around £500 if i recall correctly? Thats basically a 5 link kit, for the price of the coilovers! Pretty good deal! Shame im going 6 link

What are the polybushes for in the kit mate ? i was under the impression from the other build i seen .. (sr20det volvo 360) that it was all rose jointed ? Also do the coil overs just bolt in place at the top, or is there more modification to be done ?

I believe the polybushes go in the car end of the lower arms, however im not sure

coilover top and bottoms i would have thought, rest's rose joints

Only 1 end of the link bars have rose joints, the end attched to the car has polybushes!

And the bottom of the shock is rosejointed, the top polybushes...

And yes the shocks have been specially made to length so they sit in the origional turrets

Yeah it's a great buy mate, got a fella off this site coming this Friday to have it hopefully...

The car has a 1.8 Clio engine with cams pulleys and head work on twin 40's ...about 160bhp!!

good man, wish i didnt need to keep my spare cash for my camper haha and sweet, been thinking about twin webbers for mine as i dont wanna go all out and engine swap it, just give it a helping hand haha
