I think when I was researching this I was told that the backs have different part numbers too.

I have a spare LHD reflector you can have for the postage (I think it's pretty much new but has a couple of superficial scratches) - can dig out the part number if you're interested. No idea if the housings are different though, I'd be surprised but you never know!

I did manage to unearth a complete set which are packed and ready to post, a big box sitting in my living room
