I don't know what the differences are (probably the internals somewhere) but IIRC rear doors for early 345s are very rare. So if anyone's interested, have a look at this:

Part number 3277702 makes it a LH rear door for 345s from model year 1980 up to and including 1982 (that's the model year with the "MkII" front, but the older style dash, and when they were still called 343/345 rather than 340)
