Arent the chassis rails the same?

I can answer this question for definite on Monday, when I shall collect it from work and (try) fit it to my 340

It really depends on who made the bar.

I've got a tow bar on my 1.4 has a middley bit, so it won't work on a 360/dizzler shell where the spare is in the boot. The Volvo/Tobo bar and the Westfalia ones fit either/or as they are only attached at the sides.

Its a larger bar running along the back of the valance with 2 arms that bolt through the chassis rails and a pair of plates mounted in the boot floor.

I've got one that mounts to chassis rail using bumper bolts I think with a stabilizer bar under wheel well and one that mounts solely to wheel well floor. I don't like that one.
