Well actually on race track, even I put 2,8bar pressure to tyres I got my alloys took bit damage, wheel edge scraped tarmac...

Now I'm curious if there is better tyres?

I have heard that Pilot2 is ok for trackday use, any comments or experiences from that one?

Size would be 14" other dimensions 60/185 or any suitable, maybe 55/195?

Problem was only in one of those corners, tight left right after downhill.

Second problem is that if I push too hard throttle at corner inner rear wheel is just pouring smoke and not pushing car forward. Solution for this is in my shelve, but I don't have found how I could install it as I have never even opened differential. I don't know what tools I will need and do I need some special adjustment and stuff like that.

Rear ARB would do some good also, need to plan that too.

Are you sure the front vallance is not also hitting the ground while turning hard? I've been able to make it scrape the ground on both my 360's when on, (or about to go over), the limit of tyre adhesion.

Could not see any marks there, also sound is definetly from rotating thing. Also traces at my wheels show quite well what did happen

Sidewalls of tyres did also got some of it.

Was it the tyres rubbing on the body?

No it was alloy wheel rubbing on tarmac, tyre 'bend under car' as we say here, not sure what is english term. Luckily tyre did not loose pressure, at least much.

I need tyres that has stronger sidewall or that are not as high as my current ones, just thinking what would suffice.

Could be that rear ARB will help a bit too, but that is not coming very soon, need to plan installation of it first. Perhaps I do bolt 360 front arb to rear too, it just takes little test fitting and finding enough strong calmping to rear axle.

My dad had a similar problem with his amazon the 165/15's flexed like a bowl of jelly!! The answer he came up with was to squeeze a set of 195/60/15's on to the 4" wide rims not the 5" ones. It took two tyre fitters to get them on as they were soooo tight! The end result was the tyre did NOT move anywhere.
