1989 360glt b 200e had it for 3 weeks been my daily Some Times hard to start. But g haven't even had Time to check or Replace plugs etc on it yet so I'm thinking that's why. But today first Time I've noticed it my choke light is on when car is Nov Running. Now the Volvo Manual Suggests choke light is only for the carb cars. But i has efi. So i Puzzled. Would it be the auto choke failing? Is this reason to add boost? What/where auto choke be at?

Choke light is probably a dodgy wiring issue. And seeing as the weather is effin shite at the moment you may have moisture in your dizzy cap.Happened to me.

Choke light should not be wired, efi has a cold start system but it doesn't tell you its on. There is a mechanical air valve for increased idle and an extra injector connected to a thermal time switch. the fuel controller has no part in it.
