Hi guys,

I've got a 360 with a b230 turbo engine from a 740 and its refusing to start.

The last time I drove it was Sunday I moved it from the road onto my drive to play about with it a little, and it was fine, then I tried to put it up onto some bricks to get the jack under it and it wouldn't start, but I had it seriously low on fuel so my guess was Id just run it out of fuel, so yesterday I put just shy of 20l of fuel in it from a Jerry can.

Turned it over, not starting, bled the fuel rail.

Checked spark
Battery is fine.
Checked crank sensor


Literally checked everything still not starting, just turns over but doesn't Fire.

The distributor cap, spark plugs, HT leads and rotor arm is all only a couple of weeks old.


Seriously stuck.

I don't know about injection systems but is petrol getting into the cylinders i.e can you smell it or see it on the plugs?? It must be petrol if you definitely have a spark at the plugs.

What mamagement is it running?

2.4 should have a diagnostic box. try reading the codes.
