Hey all, this is my first post, only bought my 340 two days ago -_-
I had the audacity to attempt to change gear from 2nd to 3rd and the propshaft shat itself, stripped the rear splines.
So, I'm in the market for a prop, if anyone has one or knows of anyone who does please let me know, thanks.
Sam.

You changed from 2nd to 3rd? Are you mad?
Sorry to hear your ownership experience hasn't gone too well so far! Don't know of a prop but there are often popping up on eBay/Facebook. You'll need one from a 5 speed car, either 1.4 or 1.7 will fit. Expect it'll be around £20-70.

I was fairly certain its not dependant on the number of manual gears (ie 4 speed should be the same). I think there is a difference between manual and automatic (CVT) types on the 340.
The diff is different on the 4 speed to keep the gearbox and drive flanges in the same place.
