Just bought my first 340 two days ago, and it's now languisihing on axle stands awaiting a prop (1.7 if anyone has one).

I wouldn't mind if I was driving it hard but I was being kind to the old girl, learned a lesson there, when its back together it's getting thrashed like I stole it =D

Chances are your engine mounts have sagged which has caused the prop to misalign. I would buy some polyurethane replacements and ensure your prop is aligned properly before driving it.

All 8 engine and gearbox/diff mounts. Also new bolts for the clamps and accurately torque them to spec.
