Hi - Anyone in Tasmania, Australia
I'm selling my Volvo 360 (1984 - B19E ) - 5 speed manual - Petrol - $150 ono (Hobart, Tas)
The odometer stopped at 427K (as you can see in photo) - so it's probably done more like 460K - 480K - Plenty !
It's never had the head off the engine and other than the fact it desperately needs a tune up, it actually still goes ok.
The remainder of the car has a list of issues longer than I can remember - The main problem right now is the gear stick is very (verrrry) loose. I suspect it is the linkage directly under the stick on top of the torque tube. It won't go in to first, but with some creative driving you can probably get it in to second, third and fourth.
The panels are probably the best intact aspect, there's no major damage to them from accidents. There's some wearing and damage to the bonnet now as you can probably see in the photos; and some of the paint around the rear window on the hatch has damage. The side panels are in pretty good condition considering. It has a tow ball and a box-cage roof rack; and the Haynes manual and original Owners Manual.
It's done some long hard miles and needs a restorer !
Thanks to everyone who organises and contributes to this forum - It has been second-to-none for information and solutions to life with a 360.
