I think what you are saying is that clicking on the smilies in the post a reply dosn't put them in the window. It's never worked for me with any version of Firefox. Wow, just tried it and it now works!! Cool, thanks
Edit, yeah FF1.5 does seem to be using a lot of memory at times

Sorry about unclear wording, I was just so shocked when I noticed that smilies really work now by clicking them

Talking of smilies, have we lost a couple? I can't see the 'shrug' one anymore.

Well if you will use Firefox...

It had a slim advantage for a while, but it's now fallen back behind IE. Thunderbird is still better that OE. In my opinion anyway...
cheers

Well, I returned back to 1.0.7, I tried IE and I can't use it very clumsy. Biggest advantages of Firefox are tabs and specially that you can open new tab from link with clicking mouse wheel and tab will load background not jumping to your eyes and second great feature is adblock and I can't live without adblock anymore. Of course IE eats all kind of shit, installs stuff without asking and opens zillion new windows in pron site even if you have popupblocker activated, but we don't go to pron sites, do we?
How fast pages will open is not so important, more important is that I'm in control what I will get to my computer and what I don't, also automatic things are nice, but if I prefer there have to be way to turn them off
Thunderbird is indeed nice, specially spam filtering is incredible and I really like memory handling in it, when you minimize thunderbird it does not consume much memory few MBs only.
Of course lot of these are personal feelings and likings, one likes mom other likes daughter

I must confess I use Firefox too... I can't use IE after using FF now! I particularly like the FoxyTunes and Web Developer plugins!

Starting to use FF it just seemd cool, but not perticularly different, now thouth using IE is impossible. I just can't stand no tabs
