The more I look at it, the less I like it.

What happens if something like that needs to go over a speed bump?

No need to worry - that car had hydraulics y0.

The clever thing is it started life as a 740, and had a 960 front end added to it. Theres a damn lot of work there, and I admire everybit of it as a show car.

700 -> 960 front end?!?! Thats mad! The only reason I'm tempted for a 960 is those lights (well.. ok, and the choice of either a 2.5 or 3l engine....)

I have a cunning plan.........

Ooh, somebody has forgot to remove part of tape from top and side of taillights.

Have you seen new Evolve yet? It is freaking tupperware plastic because of paint work, but Heico's is even more like tupperware:

I remember seeing a 144 in street machine with 850 front and a massive roof chop and to top it off he had also built a 145 with roof chop and a couple of inches taken out from the swage line! Now that must have taken a lot of work.

Pete's car was a work of art (whether or not it's to your taste). It was on airbags (to adjust the ride height), and had quite a few interesting parts on it. The white dials are now in Canada, and Griz has the anti-roll bars (from iPd) on his 940. Chesh has a fair bit of the bodykit in his garage, and most of the parts on his estate are from earlier versions of Pete Moorcroft's car.

cheers

James

There have been some interesting comments made about evolve....generally suggesting that they're a bit of a joke, and most of the stuff isn't real / working.

cheers
