I wanna snowcap

I wanna snowcap. I wanna snowcap. I wanna snowcap. I wanna snowcap.

Rory passed his MOT on Monday without any work being needed. As he's been such a good boy I guess he deserves a little present.

While he was in the dealers, I asked Bob in spares if there was any chance of him getting a snowcap. I knew that he was going to say no, but it's worth a try. Bob has always been very friendly and helpful, but on this occasion he looked at me as if I'd painted myself green and run in shouting 'I am a lime!'.

So, anyone got a Mk 3 snowcap they'd like to offload?

I've been trying to resist the temptation .. until now! What on earth (or a 360) IS a snowcap?

Well, you know that grille on the bonnet (where the windscreen washers are)? A snowcap is a plastic cover that goes over to keep the snow out.

Not much use in the UK, hence they weren't fitted here. However, it seems that you can't be considered a real Volvo 300 maniac until you've got one!

It's all about the colour coding! I know Bodejodal had a spare or two, as I was going to have one from him, if he still has it, you are more than welcome to that one, as I don't have the car it was going on anymore!
