Ah some very interesting models appearing here. I know it's not 300 related, but Ari, that Amazon, there was a similar one on Ebay recently, it made about £60 I think, but didn't look as good, it had a roof rack with some ski's on it and two hooooge aerials on the rear fins from memory, a bit OTT in my opinion. I have a one of the GLT models in white, it's such a shame a quality maker like Minichamps doesn't do an ace version of the 300. Maybe if enough of us approached them, you never know, as they tend to do some limited runs I believe.

Ahh but talking about minichamps pete i think they may well do in the future. As a while back they only made the new model volvos then they started releasing some of the classics like the p1800 and amazons and then modern classics like the 240 and 480 so i feel they may well release 300s!!! Prob 360GLT's if nothing else!!

Excellent! Although the minichamps are normally a small scale, they are sooooo detailled. I managed to get my Dad one of the special Black Amazons that were a lmiited edtion in Germany, and it is perfect down to every tiny detail, even the dashboard shape is correct! I do hope they do a 300 model, as it does appear to be one of only a few Volvo models missing completely from their range. The larger sized Revel models are really good value for the detail, at least the Amazon is anyway! When my parents were speaking to a model dealer recently, he seemed to think one of the large companies had, or was going to make a 300, but I'd not like to be sure, as so many people don't really know the Volvo 300, or confuse it with something else!
