 Looks delicious. :!:

I don't know about the price (I've always paid less than £400 for my cars  ), but it looks like you get a lot for the money.

My dad picked one up in the summer, £1600ish via the wonders of ebay with all the goodies and 100k. It is an auto but does shift fast. LSD is great 8)

There's a nice cheap Mk2 960 2.5GLE manual saloon on fleabay at the mo......

And Mick, if you ever deface a 960 the way Pete desecrated that 740 I'll be forced to come to Milton Keynes (urgh, what a thought!) and remove your vital organs with a spoon..........

You got free cars there. Cheapest 960 which is for sale in this one Finnish car sales finder ( www.nettiauto.com ) is 7800€ which is something like 5360£... Cheapest S90 in there currently is 14900€ which is something like 10236£. Vehicle taxes are so nice... not.

£4k is alot to pay for a 960 at the moment... you'd not struggle one bit to get one for half that money. The manuals are (fairly) rare.. but I've seen manual saloons go for as little as £800, and £1200 on Autotrader!

Just out of interest, I've had a look on autotrader to see what the sheep buy with their £4,000. Given the choice between a nice 960 and a  2001 Y Reg Ford Fiesta 1.25 Freestyle 5dr  , I know which I would choose.

Then again, I was talking with my 940 friend last night. He was paying 50p per mile when the petrol was up near £1/l. Ouch!
