At last that I have found to myself the donor for change of the engine and transmision. Under a cowl still did not look as there was no owner. The machine in an awful condition externally. In the winter a tractor at cleaning a snow have hooked on a side. Tomorrow I shall go to look that with the engine and electronics. If all is good then I shall take on operation. It is 360 GLT. Even on a sterring wheel a badge volvoGLT. Doors with mirrors of a side view from older model.

Yeah, definately an early mk2, has quaterlights (small windows) in the front doors. I love that wheel on the front corner, anyone know what its from?

Yeah, but Omar said the doors have been changed - hence the chrome trim and different rubbing strips ;) Rear wheel looks like the one we found in Ali's car.

Tomorrow I shall make a photo of the motor. Today has not had time to reach simply car in other end of city. I solve a problem with documents to transport it to itself in garage. I am simple it did not see all from under a cowl can fine pilferers already have taken away.

Chris_C this wheel disk likely have bought in the automobile market. But such I saw on VW golf2 and Jetta 1988-91 they approach us on fastenings 4*100mm but at us the central washer 52mm and at them 54 or 56 mm

Excellent, thanks for that Omar, I'll have a look around. Sure to be rare over here though, I'm don't think I've seen many like that :(

It is a pity to speak certainly guys but I likely shall close the project on change of details from 360 in mine 340. Today has seen its motor and has understood that I can not perform such operation as up to me any fine pilferers there had time to visit and have removed various details which I cannot find and is correct connect. A heap of different wires superfluous I do not know what to do.

What will advise maniacs?

Here look at a photo.

Looks like someone has stolen the relay from the valve cover, and the fuel injectors. I can't see anything else missing. I'm sure someone here can send you some injectors if you're stuck.

I think they all got that. I have a feeling that RHD cars have the same thing on the other side, although I might be talking crap!

I have no idea if I have that as my car has this heater box in there, maybe it is under that, but I really have not seen other end either.

Yes, with the later heater box, it is pretty well buried, hence why neither of you guys have noticed it before. It's also smaller than that picture would suggest.

cheers

Thanks guys for the information.
But I temporarily close this project I shall search newer 300s with good engine. As soon as I shall find at once the purchase and I shall rearrange units.
Now there is other question, it is how much difficult to change b14 on b172k from 400 series?(and what i must change transmission, gearbox. both, petrol tanks, brakes???)

:D
