gearbox and diff oil

I think it's time i change the diff anf box oil in my car, it's a manual 85 360 glt, anyone know how much oil should go into either and what rating they should be?

fill the diff up until the oil reaches the filling hole. That's the right amount. I think for the gearbox it's the same principle, but I'm not sure.
