"but dont reallz want to run a courier service for people. " Too late :P

I'm sure there'll be a load of people wanting AC. Oh, and Chris just wanting the air con button :P

You may want to pick up a snowcap. I doubt you have them in Oz, but in the colder parts of Europe they're more common.

Enjoy your trip :)

In sweden there might be LSD units, I'm sure that would be top seller and maybe you can get some gas money from it too?

hi there!

enjoy your travels!

The museum is located by the dock area in Arundel. If you get yourself to central train station in Goteborg ( almost all trams go there - the place every trams goes is Brunsparken ) the buses to the museum are on the right if you stand with your back to the trams and facing the train station. There is an information booth right outside the station- they will provide bus times and advice.

Any bus that goes to Torslanda also most likely goes to the museum

Its Arundel you need to get to, from memory the 128, 28 and 29 go there.... maybe... I'd check to be sure!!

Try to get a bus that goes through Volvo City and Volvo Torslanda. You will get a great tour of the Volvo areas, factory and offices etc as part of the trip. Keep your eyes peeled for any unusual cars - one trip to torslanda I saw the white C1 platform test mule - based on a Ford Focus ( 1st gen ) but with wider track etc....

enjoy! and look out for the G4 car ( prototype from project Galaxy and became the 440) Its got 340 wheels and you can spot the 340 parts used on it. Also the Volvo City concept car ( well it never actually appeared but was supposed to be in 2003 or 2004 ). like a Volvo Merc A class... they should sooooo build this!!

Anyway, enjoy Sweden, Goteborg is fab this time of year!

Shimon
Enjoy your 300s

actaully, i postponed my arrival, and am staying at that slotskoggen place mentioned. *the first time ive ever been the only guy in my room!

By the way, this place is great!! i love it here and already want to come back. I just go and sit in the park nearby and sit, trying to think of somthing to say to myself. Im speachless. the weather is great! Reminds me of winter lol. its hilarious here, the ammount of volvos. I love it
haha.
man its crazy

really good.

Anyway, im going to the volvo museum tomorow, thanks for the infos.

Is there any other volvo happenings, that i can catch over here, like the 300 races etc :\, apparently there is a drag race thing on over the weekend.

god damn this sun, i cant see!

Far out, its even not expensive here (mainly cause my hostel is cheap). god good good. Though norway might be a problem.

It was cool.

the driver of the bus mistakingly told me his bus was on the route to volvo museum. It was, but he had switched routes! After driving through volvo city etc, he apologised and told me he would just take a shortcut and drop me off at the museum before resuming his other rotue.

So straight to the door of the museum i was delivered!

Wow, ive never had that sort of treatment before.

The place was pretty good value @30k and was nice to see the nuts 300 and 242 tourer in person. Though i was disapointed not to see the 300 driven off roof there.

Anyway.

I should also mention that in the last couple of days, me owner through time of 5 volvos, no longer owns anymore!

Its a little sad, feels kind of like my home back home has gone.
