20/80% handbrake ???

I have got in to little arque of one Australian fella, that is very sure that all cars in australia, specially Japanese ones are equipped with handbrake that has distribution of 20% front and 80% rear.
I think it is as true as is Santa Claus, but I just decided to ask as here is some Australian guys too

nagh, my fronts spin fine with the h-brake on. knows it.

i never seen it before-seen handbrake on front and on back but never both!

That is what I think and several others, except this one guy. But one can never be sure what inventions they have in other countries.
Like we have mämmi, you will not believe that ppl actually eat it when you see it...

I guess it is possible....but 360s (only model sold in AUS) certainly never had it. It would have to be a hydraulic system (linelockers?)....hmm....I must admit, the more I read this the more it sets off my bullshit detector.
Of course you can't know what was available in other countries. A 740 SE here is a 2.0 version of a 740 GLE without the leather.....whereas in America its a version of the turbo with a special bodykit! Bit of a difference!
