R-Sport carb turbo kits (originally meant for 240 but some were installed on 360 too) are fairly common in Finland*, there are complete kits available for sale from time to time, but the kit doesn't include anything special which you couldn't gather from a bigger turbo Volvo.

Actually there's one kit for sale currently at this Finnish Volvo board's sale page.

As can be seen it doesn't contain anything special, oilpan which has a return line, downpipe and other exhaust parts, mechanical r-sport fuel pump, turbo model dizzy, pressurized Strömberg carb, boost piping and the plenum, oil cooler, the turbo it self and all small bits and bobs..
All those can be scavenged from a 240, 740 or 940 turbo, so there's no point to try and locate a R-Sport kit, because it's usually easier to pick those parts from some other turbo Volvo.
Our -86 360GL has a slightly modified R-Sport turbo kit, it was installed at the dealer somewhere in the 80's. Basically the parts are same as in R-Sport kit but the carb isn't Stömberg, but the Weber 32DAT, also the intake manifold is the 360 original one and ignition is still the Renix one, though I don't know if it has some modifications done to it, vacuum advance isn't connected, that's the only visible mod.
It also has Turbo model pistons, as the B200K has a 10 compression at stock, so it wouldn't work with carb turbo.
Performance gain is notable even at low boost levels, much more quicker than a 240 with same mods..

* Those R-Sport kits are common here because of the taxing we had in the 80's..

All cars with big engines, lots of power and with many accessories were heavily taxed back then.. that's why there are so many aftermarket turbo kits around. Taxes are also the reason why we got the B19ET engine as an option for 240 too, engines over 2 litre were taxed much more than smaller ones.

There were dealer installed aftermarket kits for many other cars too. Ford Sierras were quite popular targets, they were called "Stockmann Turbos" after the dealer which installed the kits, which was Stockmann Auto.

There were even aftermarket turbo kits for Ladas.

Konela, which was the Lada dealer, sold and installed those. There are still few of those around and some are restored and tuned for current day specs. Boxy Lada with over 200hp is quite a sleeper, the car doesn't weight too much...
