hi guys, i have just fitted a r-tuning turbo kit to my 360 gle (b200, carb), everything is brand new, when engine is being reved im getting blue smoke coming out of the turbo and when attempting to drive the car is cutting off, could it be that the oil is not going back into the sump? or is it something else? your comments are much appreciated as always :)

Sounds like two separate problems, to me. The car is cutting out because your fuelling isn't set correctly, so I would look at getting the car rejetted possibly, or at least adjusted if that's all it needs.

The blue smoke when revved is likely to be oil getting past the seals of the turbo. I don't know if seals dry out in storage or need to run for a while to stop leaking when new, but I suspect you might be looking at a turbo rebuild if you can't find another one in good condition.
