its only blocked because its under construction ,
in a rough translation from our Belgian Administrators native tongue that means
he hasn't got around to starting it yet lol

Don't be surprised if it changes a bit over the next week or so though... me and Aymat were having a discussion last night, and we think we have a plan... but it needs to be tested.

Anyway, I know how to remove an old decal - and it is NOT as easy as the instructions suggest

There a fair amount of information (fixing etc) in the leaflet you have on the top of the box there too Bilbo from what I remember. If you don't have a scanner, I can do them next time I head to the island as I have copies there
