There have been a number of amazons with the B23 turbo engines in. The only place I can think of seeing a B234 turbo was a chap on T bricks.

There's a full review of that car in this Swedish magazine called "Bilsport." It's amazing how much modifications the car's body has, even though at first look it seems quite stockish. I think there's not a single part which hasn't been customized. :P

There are lots of nice trick mods on the car.

The 6 pot is right for the car but I personly like to keep the B20 fitted.
I hove lots of plans for things I would like to do to amazons but dont have the time or funds to do.

Fair play to the guy he has done an amazing job with that car.

I think I remember reading a N/A B20 on turbobricks producing around ~250bhp

For some strange reason the so call volvo specialist struggle to get 200bhp from a n/a B20 engine :!:

One of my project engines is going to be a B20 bored to 2.2 with low pressure turbo. That engine will be going in my modded P1800 when the rebuild is completed.

Sounds great! I've always liked B20's.. It's an underrated engine imho. Too many people nowadays are swapping OHC redblocks in place of the B20's in Amazons, P1800s 140s etc.. even though most people wouldn't have any need to swap the OHC engine in place, because most of people who are doing the swaps, are not going to make anywhere near as much power as max cababilities of B20 would be.. :P

B20 power! 8)

There's a very nice 240 roadsport with B20. Text in Finnish though, but there are pics. ;)

I like the 142. That would be fun in this coutry as no one expects a old volvo to be so quick. I asume the back wheels have been banded. :D

The 240 is wow :P propper dribble material.

Do you know where I can get those roller tip rockers from? I have been thinking about getting soem made for a long time but one offs would be very expensive.

I think KG-Trimning in Sweden sells those. They have catalog in PDF form, but it's in Swedish. Though I would guess if you send email to them in english they can give more specs and info about their products. :P

Swedish catalog: http://www.kgtrimning.com/KGTRIMNING162005web.pdf

Roller rockers (Rullvippor) are on the page 30. Vänster means left and höger means right. Price seems to be 575 SEK a piece which is about £42 a piece. It also reads there that those are built to use with their reinforced rocker shafts NV-441 for B18/B20 and NV-442 for B30.

They have LOADS of other cool stuff too. :P
