driver side(uk

)quarter glass wanted !!
some1 broke into my car-if only they'd tried the passenger door.....it was unlocked !!! idiots. didnt take anything(lucky for me they didnt check the boot-2x socket sets in),just kids i think.
anyway none of my local yards have 1 so if any1 has 1 please get in touch.
i'll cut some perspex for the minute,till i get 1 !

janitor mate if you look on voc someones breaking a volvo 343 a while ago - might be worth giving him a shout - i guess the glass might be the same?

still havent got 1 !!
i can get 1 fitted from autoglass,but its £120 OR £130.
so i refuse to pay that much -front screen is only an extra £10 and its alot more glass and laminated !!

why not convert your race car to perspex and put the glass in your daily driver, or just put later doors on one of the cars so no 1/4 glass?

its already all perspex except the front w/s !!
the quaterglass in my road car is now perspex till i find a glass 1 for a decent price.........

DAMN! I forgot about this - there was a mk1 in my local breakers...

Is it easy to get out, or am I best off taking the whole door and letting you work it out?!

real easy ,the channel that seperates the quaterglass and main door glass has a fixing top and bottom.the top is a self tapper or sometimes a rivot easily got at. the bottom 1 is behind the door card, but i would just undo the top and bend the dividing channel out of the way, then pop out the q/glass.
