I'm trying to collect information about the differences between a 360 GLT and a 360 GL injection. Everything is welcome! 5lab, you said something one day about the fuel consumption (lower for the GLi), can you find the numbers again?

i'll have a look tonight
incidentally, someone blabbered that the final drives are different, this is NOT the case - all i can suggest is maybe the fatter tyres make fuel economy worse?

I would have answered GL also. Although I didn't remembered nm-figures but the B200K has a Y- or L-cam which are much more low torque cams than A-cam with B200E which is much more rpm-cam. B200K also has higher compression ratio than B200E.

Yeah I've heard sooo many things about the "possible" differences between the 360 GLT and GL injection... I don't believe there are any differences mechanically (for example between the final drives), the power is the same between my GLi and my ex GLT, same reactions on the road.5lab wrote:i'll have a look tonight

Thanks if you can find some info about that.
I'm convinced there's only a difference for the equipment but not mechanically.

I'm REALLY not sure about that...
Probably yes for one "detail", gas shock absorbers on the GLT for the rear wheels and "normal" oil shock aborbers for the 360 GLi, that's a fact.
Except that, it's the same from my point of view.
I've heard that the front wheel-axle unit SHOULD be different but I don't believe that and I need concrete elements to prove that.
