To be honest I've never bothered repairing them, I've had enough cards to swap them around for the best ones! I would imagine you'd need to cut the blisters carefully like repairing a veneer in woodwork with a stanley knife if they are central, then carefully get some adhesive under there and some pressure on it asap. Or if it's near the edge, a good adhesive spread under the problem area, something that isn't going to disolve the vinyl and eat away at it.

I'd imagine some sort of contact adhesive was used in the factory, and these tend to suffer overtime with shrinkage and damp, heat and extreme condtions. Resulting in the bond breaking down, and in stressful areas failing. The Volvo 900 series door cards seem to suffer very badly on the top edge from shrinkage I seem to remember. I'm just contemplating swapping my passenger door card as it's currently off my GLT for a better one I have in stock. Maybe one day I'll attempt a repair on some!

If you need to peel any back to get your glue in, you must be careful not to stretch the vinyl, or you're in even more bother then! Ideally you need an adhesive with a fast grab to allow you to leave it to set without pressing and holding it in place, or to make a clamp or mould to fit the contours. As normally they first go above the grab handle and above the window winder panel.
