Apparently it's caused by increasing numbers of vehicles. That's as maybe but a simple remedy for congestion would be to teach a$$holes that double yellow lines mean no parking-not pull up outside a shop apply hazards waltz about with a tidly little parcel. Thus causing total bedlam 'cos most pepole have no grasp of give and take policy for passing obstructions-result total gridlock.
Evantually get up to obstruction in the wagon and Walter is leaving the shop now-sound horn and gesture like I'm shaking the salt cellar and he looks at me like I'm in the wrong
This occurred on no less than 4 occassions today-whoopty doo-I want a gun.
Hope you had a good day to
Quite true! It's amazing, once those hazard lights are on, it seems as though it's all ok, removes the problem completely and puts them well within the law!
Parking is more the issue, tha main road though our local village is a nightmare due to **ss poor parking and the local town is shocking. And worse still, the Poolice don't want to know, they don't seem to want to enforce anything and pass it onto the local authorities, who do naff all.

Oh there is a " man i wanna gun " time but i prefer " why i'm not a cop " day. People park here on every square ( no matter earth is ellipse ), breaking the law, and there are more of those " but i just stop to buy smoke, lighter, newspapers " and similar stuff.
Police is never around when this occurs. I do hate cops, but i soo want them now at the scene time to teach that man/woman a lesson. A high fine, and I'll see that man do the same thing again. Nothing is as effective as giving their money away.

I do like from this idea too, driver tests should really at least test something, it should not be everyone's right to get license but it should be earned, there should also be some psychological tests so those potential to road rage are not allowed to road and those that think road is their play ground should not either get license, also wouldn't mind if there would be periodical tests too.
It would be great for environment, those who can drive can get paid better, those who can't drive will get rid of ridiculous expenses of owning a car.
