To quote the Fast Show: "Lets go offroad!!!"

:( LookED a nice car before the massive wheels...

I can't tell if it looks like it has lots of touched up mis-matched paint overthe car??

That would look ugly even lowered, too big just is too big, 15" is absolutely maximum size for these cars and that already needs lowering, imo.

I agree, but it shits me, most tyre manufacturers, here in aus at least, don't make their high performance tyres for 15 wheels, or if they do, it's only in a 195, i'd like to get some wider wheels and good tyres to match, but it's pretty hard to find unless you want to start running semi slicks.

Good Year Eagle GS-D2 is only one that I have found, it should be actually pretty good also and I think it should be available in your place too :)

That looks terrible. 15" performance tyres are the cheapest you can get over here I would say.

We get the gs-d3 here, haven't had them on my car, but a mate has them on his old golf, with very stiff suspension, and whilst it is fun, I still want more!!!

Goodyear is the only mainstram manufacutrr to have it flagship tyre available in 15"

I think it would be awsome to be able to run 7 or 8 inch wide rims and 225-245 wide tyre, unfortunately they aren't usually made that wide for 15" rims.

Next question isuppose is would a rim that wide, given the correct offset, fit inside our wheel arches?

gs-d2 you can get in smaller sizes, 14" also, that is probably what I'm getting next when I need new set. Currently my summer tires have lot of thread left so need to get winter tires first and after that I might need to consider getting summer tires again.

Well, perhaps photo gives you an idea why we have studded winter tires here ;)
