Hey Carl

Are you selling the alloys? I'll have them if you are. How much did u want for the car? The car hasn't got a snow cap has it?

Cheers

Jay

Steve & Ronnie - the sump and rad are yours.

The B230 is a n/a lump, sorry forgot to say that.

The alloys are staying on the car Jay, as I haven't got a full set of the original alloys any more, sorry. With all the bits on the car, and a new MoT I'd like £400 for the car. Bearing in mind the grille, gauge panel, senders and gauges have cost me about £160!! No snow cap though I'm afraid.

Assuming the SD1 turns out to be ok when I pick it up on Sunday, I might put the car on ebay next week, but with some of the rarer bits removed.

Nice one, Carl

Southampton is a bit of trek for me so would you be okay posting? Also, please let me know if you want Paypal or a cheque and the total + P&P and I'll get it straight off to you

Shame you're getting rid of the '60. I'm tempted to buy it off you because I really could do with a 5 door. TBH, the back end looks pretty sagged is the main thing which puts me off - and possibly other folk too. Have you got lowering blocks on there or are the springs shot?

All the best

I nearly posted about that pic to mention to people that in that pic the car is carrying the B230 in the boot I seem to think on the way back from Wales!

Shame you're selling it Carl, I need to talk to you at some point mate!

It will be a shame to see you selling the 360.

I hope it goes to a good home :D

Keep us posted on what parts you are parting with.

I may be able to help in a dubious Foggy style way Aaron... you know I often do the Soton/Swindon run if that is any use! (Although petrol from Bristol to Swin could well be the same as postage ;))

Tis a shame I'm getting rid of it, really wish I could keep it, but for mainly financial reasons it has to go. I'm sure I'll return to a 360 at some point in the future - I've done after selling the previous 2 300s for quicker cars!

Ronnie - I can certainly post it, but it may be pricey. I'll actually be passing Bristol tomorrow if you can meet me on the M4 somewhere (or just off it), as I'm picking the SD1 up from Wales. I would say I could drop it directly to you but I'll be on a bit of a tight time schedule as I need to be back in Southampton ASAP. Pete's right about the back end - didnt even think of mentioning that :?

Pete - I thought about you the other day and meant to send you a message, but forgot!! Drop me a line and we can sort stuff out!

Right, had a bit of a sort out just now and here's a few pics of most of the bits, plus some new one's I've found:
B230 lump (dry stored in my garage):

Rad for Ronnie (looks like the right one to me):

One of the shiney new drums:

New shoes, wheel cylinders and Volvo master cylinder (inc the plug req'd for non CVT cars):

Boge rear dampers (new), but with one set of bushes missing. Look different - but bought both together and the part numbers are the same - £10:

New D cam and used K cam:

Dash, unknown condition - free:
Image
Exhaust to torque tube mounts - £3
Image
2 sets of 480 pads:
Image
Tappets - cant remember what they for - possibly B21 engine, but may fit others? £5:
Image
240 4 pot calipers:
Image
Engine undertray - bit of damage to the back but perfectly usable - £5
Image
Clutch kits (no bearing):

AP Borg & Beck clutch kit (with bearing):

Wish I could meet you tomorrow, but am on Night duties this week end - what times will you be close to Bristol? If all else fails, Chris has kindly offered to take it through to Swindon.

All the best
