My knackered 1.7 saloon has gone so the search for a replacement has started. Needs to be 1.4 (tax) manual or auto and if possible a late one. I don't want much really. Have to say though i have bought and sold alot of cars but the saloon was a total lemon. I only actually used it on the road for four months. I don't really want to get caught out like that again, although it hasn't put me off 340s.

Got an F reg 3dr 340 1.4, its an automatic with one owner. I think its done around 100k but is serviced regularly. The only draw back is that it needs slight welding to just under the front wing. thats the only bad bit. otherwise there is very little rust and its mechanically sound.

As mentioned elsewhere here recently, this looks rather nice on eBay. Neither recent nor cheap, but nice all the same.

Thats rather nice, a little bit out of my range but in an ideal world i would have both a late and early model.
