340 quick rack options

I'm looking at fitting a quick rack to my 340 and was just wondering if anyone knew the best option/least hassle one to use?

I haven't measured my rack/ ends etc yet, just thought i'd try here first

There possibly is one fast steering rack 300 that I have heard, that is about it, there just is not such mods done, don't know why as there is talbot sunbeam rack that should fit with some modding, but never seen proof and what to mod.

I was just thinking of buying an escort 2.2 quickrack, making some mounts for it and cutting/welding the track rods to the right size.

Its not the overall width that is the problem it's the distance between the pivot points. If you can find a quick rack that has the same pivot points should be able to swap it over.

Get in touch with Bilbo-his rally car has Sunbeam quick rack fitted-but can't remember if it's RHD or LHD-he will know tho' for sure

If uber-quickness isn't required, a 360 PAS rack is quicker than the manual rack.
