Free 340 Bristol - non-runner

Hi, I came across this on a local mailing list - I have asked her for permission to post on here but haven't heard back from her yet. I'm taking the liberty of posting her offer up anyway but witholding her email address in order to guage interest. Once I hear from her and she gives me permission (which I rather expect she will do), I can post up her email and let you talk to her direct.

Our Volvo hasn't been driven for 2 years and has been stored outside
whilst not in use so not currently roadworthy. It's also looking sorry
for itself as it hasn't been washed in all that time! We got another
car but never got round to selling it. Comes with V5 document, but
will obviously require work to get MOT and tax. It was roadworthy at
the time, the only fault was that the choke cable needed replacing (and
is now missing). Car interior clean. Only 2 owners from new, with
good service history.

As it has been standing for so long it will require towing or a trailor
to take away. No expert on cars, so cannot advise what work will be
required to make it roadworthy again, or what cost this would involve.
Certainly good for spare parts inside and out. Comes with Radio
cassette player. Whole car needs to be taken, not willing to break
down for parts. Car must go in next few days - preferably tomorrow
(Friday 29th). Our friend kindly offered to store it in her car-park
but now urgently needs the space so will reply quickly to any responses!
