Removing cam gear and others

So what are your tips holding cam gear on place when removing bolt?
I need to remove all other gears too from aux shaft and from crank.
Also that lower timing belt cover seem to stick from alternator side, I have not seen any bolts there, but it really won't come off and I don't like to destroy it more than already I have done, timing marks could come handy when putting it back together
Oh yes, trusty old B200K in question.

Remove that Renix sond or what ever it is called from the bellhousing. Push some big piece of metal rod or big screw driver to one of the holes in flywheel and ask someone to held it in its place. But it can be done alone. You'll need some long pipe to be able to open and tighten that crankshaft pulley. It is tightened to 250nm if tightened to Volvo spec or 165nm or similar in haynes spec. And when putting together you have to put some blue loctite adhesive or ruuvilukitetta.

That is what I did with crank pulley, was easy, but can't do that with cam gear and aux gear as it would just destroy timing belt tooths, well it would not harm if those are destroyed but still would not get bolts open
I did try to hold cam gear on place with screwdriver, screwdriver got destroyed and damn bolt still sits there
