Wheels and tyres and floor carpet

Just thought I'd offer V3M members these items I've got kicking about taking up space. I'm never going to use the original 13" steel rims my variomatic came with, so rather than have them sat in the way, is anyone interested in them? I'm thinking more of the drifters to be honest, as I'm pretty sure three of the tyres are the original tyres from the factory, having only covered 10,000 miles. So they aren't worn out, but they are a bit perished and I wouldn't use them on the road, but if someone can make use of them, make me an offer!

Secondly, I've got the entire carpet for a four or five door car, carefully removed and in good condition, it is the darker more coarse in texture carpet. It's too big and bulky to store really and I can't see me using it, so does anyone need it? Once again, make me an offer.

Both items need collecting or arranged to be taken to a meet really. The carpet may condense down into a big box somehow, but I doubt it will be cheap to post then!

Any takers!?

Pete,

if the carpet is the very dark grey or black then I will take it.

Hi Dai,
Yes, it's the darker grey carpet. I'll put it aside with the boot wheel well! Mick said he may see you at some point, or I aim to be at the next meet.

Shimon, they're standard as you like black 13" steel wheels mate, as I say the tyres seemed ok, but are so old I'd not recommend them for road use. If you've got a use for them let me know, I'll try and get a pic of both items when I get 5 mins.

Cheers Pete,

I'm fairly sure Mick will be able to bring them across for.

Thanks

Hey dude, just out of curiosity how far away do you live from Santa Pod??

I will be down there next wednesday and i'd be interested in the steels depending what sort of price your looking for them? If I were to have them that would be the only day I could do it as I live in Wolverhampton so would be too far to trek otherwise.

Thanks mate

Hiya, depends on how keen you are! It's somewhere in the region of 40 - 45 miles to Santa Pod from mine I seem to remember. I'm fairly close to the M40 motorway.

PM on way.
