with the arrival of my newest car, i've noticed some changes in the design - some of the panels have less screws in (such as the doors), and also noticable is the fact that the fuel gauge no longer flashes - when i have low fuel it just comes on all the time! i'm sure there's more to add but i cant think about it atm..

Mine is constant...but the temp one (supposedly...never seen it) still flashes. Where are the screws missing? The door card is hardly well damped in mine...
cheers

door card by the place you pull it in the rear has 2 screws on grace, 1 on the new car

just discovered - the wipers are far better in the later models too

That might well just be down to the blade quality. I had my old ones replaced recently, and the improvement was huge!

Really! How odd! Are Grace and Nessy the same then? I'm aware that there have been various versions of the wiper motor...
cheers

yup, nessy and grace were identical, but thenewone (STILL NEED A NAME DAMNIT!) is muuuch quicker, could shift heavy rain easily when doing just over a ton. on my private test track.

Angelica....she's far to 'angelic' looking

Besides, you'd officially have a 'gay' car then

This is really crazy!!! Wipers fasters?

Are you sure there isn't an electrical problem? ("wasn't" cause we all know that... mmm

I can't actually compare to an earlier model, but the MK3's do have a very fast speed option, which seems very very rapid. Although being very fast, it doesn't really in my opinion make much difference in clearing very heavy rain at high speeds. Pete
