I know, there is a problem. There should be an indication "time is GMT + 1" but it's not working

Oh, very strange, the time is right when I don't log in ("All times are GMT + 1 Hour" indicated on the idex page >> true) and it disappear when I log in ("All times are GMT" >> false) sm49

Hi , my son says that its a setting in your user profile that may need to be changed to the correct time

phpBB can be very odd at times.... My old installation would always display time at GMT-1 regardless of what time zone I selected in the ACP or profile. My current installation is perfect if I use GMT-6 (PST, where my server is located) it might be something they fixed in the newer versions, since the only difference between the two installs was that one was 2.0.6 and the current one is 2.0.8

Hi,

Like my dad (redline) said it maybe just your user profiles causing the problem. I have 3 phpbb forums and 1 phpnuke site (that uses phpbb for the forums).

I have noticed with all of them that if the admin sets a time on the board it may not be the time that is selected in your user profile. I have just signed up and not changed my time settings on my profile and it is set to "GMT +1".

Hope that helps,
Sky

It depends whether the user registered before or after that change was made in the ACP.
