6 300's at the mo, there may well be a 7th on the way
The mk2 is very good in places, not so good in others - welding required to the underside behind the rear wheels close to the back of the wheel arch - they also needs replacing on both sides. Sills good, but needs a passenger door skin, pair of wings and a front valance, and there's a bit of rust on the windscreen scuttle close to the rh wiper which needs attention before it developes into a hole. It would look a lot better with the wheels repainted though and the missing hubcaps, and obviously I need to remedy that broken back indicator to prevent unwanted attention from the gestapo...
Drives well, though I've a feeling it's imediate destiny is dry storage followed by a mini-resto in a year or two.... the main fun will be had this year in the grey restored 1.4 & the red 360 - and if I can get the driver's door & paint sorted for a reasonable price, maybe the black 360 too. Oh yes and maybe Vo no.7 too
