that 360 gle/glts are both 1cm lower than any other 300, and 360s have a longer, and wider wheelbase than a 340..

I knew about the height difference... but not about the wheelbase or wider track!

i didnt realise it applied to gles as well - does this mean they have glt suspension?

theres no injection engines in my manual other than the glt.

360 GLEi definitely existed in this country....saloon only mind you...
You could get a GLi (hatch only) in Europe as well.

Not sure off the top of my head, but I have a feeling that my 89MY handbook lists a GLEi...they made them anyway, that's the point. In fact, I think the GLE was injection (and saloon) only at first, with the GLS (later GL) being the only carb version.
